Privacy
Effective 1 August 2026. Parallo is run by one person in New York, United States.
Parallo is a one-page site with a contact form. It has no accounts, no login, and nothing for sale. This describes everything it collects, everyone who receives it, and how to have it deleted.
What you send us
Only what you type into the brief form:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Your current website, if you have one
- The name of the site you want built
- Your description of it
- Reference sites you like
- Your timeline
Your name, your email address, the site's name and its description are required; the rest is optional. Nothing is pre-filled and nothing is collected from you anywhere else on the site.
What is collected automatically
- The country your brief came from, worked out from your IP address and stored with the brief. Your IP address itself is not stored.
- Page views — which pages were loaded, roughly when, the referring site, your browser and operating system, and your country. This is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not build a profile of you.
- Your IP address is sent to Cloudflare when the form's bot check runs, so Cloudflare can score whether you are a person. It is used for that and not kept by us.
- The domain part of your email address — the bit after the
@— is sent to Cloudflare's public DNS resolver as you type, to check the domain can receive mail and warn you about a typo. This happens before you submit, and your name and the rest of the address are never sent.
Who else receives it

That is the complete list. Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone else — no advertisers, no data brokers, no analytics company beyond the one named above. It would also be disclosed if a court or a law required it, which has not happened.
Every font, image and stylesheet this site uses is served from this site. The only scripts fetched from anywhere else are two Cloudflare ones — the bot check and the analytics described above. Nothing on any page causes your browser to contact a company not named above — not for a typeface, not for an icon, not for a stylesheet.
What it is used for
Reading your brief and replying to you about it. That is the only purpose. You will not be added to a mailing list, because there isn't one.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not for anything. That is why you have never been asked to accept any.
Do Not Track
This site does not follow you across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. It runs no advertising, no remarketing, and no cross-site analytics. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are treated as already satisfied.
No third party collects information about your activity across other websites through this site. The companies listed above receive only what is described above, only from this site.
How long it is kept
Briefs are kept while there is a reason to — a conversation in progress, or a project underway — and deleted when there isn't. Ask and yours goes sooner. Cloudflare's page-view statistics are aggregate and are not tied to you.
Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information
Email david@parallo.studio and ask. You can ask for a copy of what was submitted, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and you do not have to give a reason. It is one person reading the message and doing it, so expect a reply within a few days rather than instantly.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent something through the form, email the address above and it will be deleted.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and everything you submit travels encrypted. Briefs are held in Cloudflare's storage. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
Where your information is held
Cloudflare, Resend and Google are United States companies operating globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside the country you live in.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the effective date at the top moves. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. This page describes the site as it was on the date shown — if that date is old and you want to be sure, ask.

Written by hand rather than pasted from a generator, so that every sentence describes something this site actually does. If you spot a claim here that does not match what you observe, that is a bug — tell us and it gets fixed.
